The First Ever FleXband Dance

The Columbia Asia Hospital - Miri has taken a big step by taking the initiative to organise the FIRST EVER FleXband Dance on 11 March 2017. It being held at Eastwood Golf & Country Club, Miri.
The objective of this fitness event is to raise funds for its Cleft Lip, Palate Charity Project for the needy. Around 1000 people has taken part in the program which is used the FlexBand resistive exercise band.
It was another active day for all. It was fun!
