The participant will learn a selection of exercises in a structured lesson plans for group courses. This include a valuable topics of stabilization, balance, and efficient training. All exercises are taught with a practical focus and practiced as a meaningful, purposeful training sequence. The entire course contents can be put into practice immediately as a result.
