Medi Lifesports recently has once again brought Paul Uhlir to Malaysia to conduct the The X-Balance Basic Trainer Program. This two days program at ReGen Rehab Hospital, Petaling Jaya covering the four concepts:

X-Balance Functional Fitness
This is a great concept with a focus on the trendy topic Functional Training. Highly effective and varied exercises offer a top-current workout with fun and high effectiveness with different levels of difficulty so that all participants receive a meaningful, health-conscious and demanding Functional Workouts.

X-Balance Fascia
Fascia training is on everyone's lips and can be perfectly implemented with the Balance pad. The X-Balance Fascia concept offers a great opportunity for those who want to start working on fascia and for those who need another, meaningful addition to their fascination training. 

X-Balance Yoga
An opportunity to learn how to take advantage of the many positive effects of traditional yoga. All exercises are fluent, interlocking. By using the Balance pad, many exercises can be performed more optimally and intensively. High quality training for body and mind.

X-Balance Pilates
Not only for those who are looking for an extension of the Pilates training but also for all who want to get into the topic. The basic principles of the Pilates can be perfectly implemented with the Balance pad  and offer an effective, time-saving and varied Pilates training for almost all target groups.

It was a fun, insightful and informative session. Most importantly, it is an eye opener session in terms of a embracing the new ideas in physiotherapy treatment by using the balance pad.
